I hold a caseload at Central Health, Hong Kong - located on Duddell Street in Central. My trips to Hong Kong meaning that clients here enjoy a hybrid of in-person and virtual sessions, as well as the wraparound care of a prestigious clinic.

Psychological Therapy

I am equipped to see all common mental health presentations for individuals aged 16 and above, including:

I offer clinical supervision to a wide range of mental health professionals, including Trainee and Qualified Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors.

My style incorporates discussion, formulation, and role-play alongside professional development and career planning.

Consultation / Training

I was the founding CEO of Mind HK, one of the leading mental health charities in Hong Kong. I currently serve on the board of this organisation, and act/have acted as an advisor to various other mental health causes. I am now proud to be the CEO at Winchester Youth Counselling, a frontline mental health charity providing counselling to youth in the area as well as with championing reciprocity between nature and mental health.

I have designed and delivered mental health training to groups including government, corporates and third sector organisations. I have lectured and tutored on undergraduate and Masters Level courses in the UK and Hong Kong. I have appeared in the media representing mental health causes and giving expert opinion.
