Hello.
Almost every psychologist will tell you that they have a strong desire to help others, and that they've always been fascinated by the mind. I can safely say that I am no different!
From a young age, I was drawn to the complexities of the human brain and the profound impact that this incredibly intricate network of cells can hold over our wellbeing. I am also a firm believer in the power of social relationships and their capacity for protective and restorative influences on mental health. This, and a desire to help lift people up and provide support for those that I work with, has fuelled my career in mental health.

I am a UK qualified Clinical Psychologist who trained at Oxford University and University College London. I bring over 15 years of experience in private, NGO and public sector settings to my practice. I see adolescents (16+) and adults across the lifespan both in-person and online, as well as clinical supervision for professionals. You can read more about my therapeutic approach here.

Alongside my private clinical work, I have launched and led a leading mental health charity in Hong Kong and am now the CEO of Winchester Youth Counselling. I maintain active involvement internationally within the third sector, as well as within research and educational settings.

In my spare time, I enjoy being in nature with my unruly rescue dogs, exploring with my (equally unruly) young family, travelling, and drinking copious cups of tea.
